OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Electricity is Extra and Based on Consumption - The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has challenges in regard to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay. Also, this allows us to offer lower rates since we do not have to include more $$$ per night to take electricity consumption into consideration
• We will verify the electricity meter readings before check-in and after check-out to determine your electricity usage. You will then be charged for actual usage. It is very simple - you pay for what you consume. We read the meter at check in and read again prior to check out. The meter can be self-monitored daily. The rate is USD $0.35 per kw/h.
• Normal consumption is USD $5-10/day. Above average consumption usually will not exceed USD $20/day. Ultimately this up to you and your consumption. You will be charged for your consumption which may exceed the amounts indicated above.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the DEPOSIT PAID. Refund will be processed within 48 hours after check-out.
• RENTALS 30 DAYS OR LESS: USD $20 per night
• RENTALS MORE THAN 30 DAYS: USD $500 per booking. Every 30 days we will read the meter and collect payment for the consumption.

DISCOUNTS
• There is a 5% weekly discount or a 10% monthly discount - from the rental rate. We apply these discounts automatically after you book and prior to processing the payment.

    The condo complex was very nice. Great people and Go Punta was very prompt to any issues we had. Our check in was fast and easy. Go Punta representative was prompt and thorough.
    It was nice that the beach was just a short 5 -7 minute walk from the condo complex and the pool in the complex was awesome. It was nice to have such a large balcony to sit. A barbeque for the unit would be a nice addition.
    A few things that should be considered. The tea towels in the kitchen are polyester not cotton. Polyester does not dry dishes. The master bedroom lines need to be replaced since they are well worn especially the mattress cover which is ripped in several locations.
    The pillows in the master bedroom are also well worn and desperately need to be replaced. The towels for the master bath should also be replaced.

    When we arrived, all the bath mats were very dirty and we needed to wash them. Guests should not have to wash bath mats the first day they arrive.

    The unit was generally clean when we arrived however, the carpet under the dining room table was badly stained and needs a good cleaning. As for the shag rug under the coffee table in the living room, it was also dirty. There were some chips in the carpet and since there is no vacuum cleaner, we had to use a broom to clean the carpet. If you are going to have carpet, provide the cleaners and the guests a vacuum to clean it, otherwise, take out the carpets.

    The first thing we said when we arrived at the condo is that it looked exactly like the pictures and we were very pleased. It is very cozy and we loved the complex. Immaculate and very well take care of. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived and after e-mailing Punta Cana Real Estate, they were fixed very quickly. The property is in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach! The only suggestion we might have on a couple of the streets nearby is that they need some attention as far as cleaning up but other streets were in great shape and it was a short walk to the beach where you could walk for miles. We loved it so much, we have booked the same condo again next year!

    The Condo was simply beautiful. It was in a quiet location, about a 5-10 minute walk to stores and resturants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only problem we had was the unexpectantly closed the pool for 2 days.

    We had a wonderful time at Costa Hermosa. The condo was beautiful as well as the grounds and pool area. The staff were amazing to deal with and handled all of our concerns with promptness and the utmost of professionalism.
