This beautiful and spacious second floor 1 Bedroom 2 bathroom condo is well equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. A great floor plan consisting of a living room with large open kitchen, dining area, a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and lots of closet space, a second full bathroom and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, large terrace, central air, floor fans, free WiFi internet access, Cable TV and 24/7 security. Palm Suites Location Information: Palm Suites is ideally located (4 to 5 minute walk) from the beautiful white sandy Beaches of Bavaro in front of both Pulpo Cojo Beach Club/Restaurant and Sitting Bull Steak House (with free beach access and free chairs) and 9 minute walk from the El Dorado Plaza and Arenal Plaza where you will find 2 grocery stores, a bakery, pharmacy, a currency exchange office, ATM, 2 bars, hairdresser, beauty salon, restaurants, boutique, Gym, Casinos etc. A short 5 minute drive takes you to Palma Real Shopping center with 3 Movie Screens, 10 restaurants including Hard Rock Café and some 60 shopping stores. A 10 minute drive leads you to the new San Juan Shopping center with 32,000 sq. ft. supermarket, 60 boutiques and 7 movie screens.

Palm Suites is located at only a 20 minute drive from the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and at a 5 to 30 minute drive to 12 different golf courses.


PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking - Air BnB/Booking.com 100%
• 100% required 30 days prior to arrival.
• Payment with Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover - through our secure website.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.

• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.

RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 1 & 2 BDR's CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for 3 & 4 BDR's CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Suites D3 the description was exact. The beach is only a 5 minute walk and only a 10 minute walk to a nice selection of bakeries, restaurants and grocery shopping. The WIFI worked really well and the property is kept immaculate. The pool is clean and plenty of lounge chairs. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. This is a safe location to stay as well.

  The rental experience was great ,from the first email to ( go Punta cana real estate) to the check out, it all went so smooth. The unit was exactly as it was advertised, walking distance to all amenities. The furniture in the condo was in good condition but not very comfortable for a long term stay.     Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience with the swimming pool. During your stay the pool pump broke so while it was replaced the pool was not in optimum conditions. It has now been repaired and pool is very clean and everything functioning properly.

  The apartment is located in a quite condo, just a few minutes by foot from the beaches of Bavaro and Cortecito. The terrace is positioned with a lovely view on the pool and the internal garden.   We recently enjoyed 9 days vacation at the Palm Suites unit D-3 in Punta Cana. The condo was very spacious and clean. Victor our taxi driver picked us up from the airport. The $15.00 extra fee was well worth the stop at the grocery store as we were able to purchase groceries for the week. We prepared several meals at the condo but also enjoyed dining at local restaurants all within a 10 minute walk.
  Great pizza at Bella Napoli. Citrus was great for sushi and pasta. Cubano restaurant for lunch specials. Bella Suites a must for a great breakfast and pastries by Santo. Gelato wonderful and refreshing. The ladies from Go Punta Cana Real Estate Carla, Anne and Blanca made our vacation stress free. Carla met us at the condo to give us the keys and explained the check in process. Anne came to check us out. Blanca answered our many emails promptly. They were all professional and very helpful. The landscaping and property was well maintained however the condo itself is a little tired and could use some updating. To be able to cook meals efficiently pots, pans and knives were sparse and should be replaced. The furniture for our taste was not comfortable. The sheets didn't fit the bed.   Due to a breakdown in communication with another person, I was in a pinch to secure a place to stay during my time in Punta Cana. Not only was Go Punta Cana Realty professional and courteous, the property they selected for me was perfectly located. The main road was easily accessible, taxi service was provided, and everyone around was extremely friendly and eager to help. Within 24 hours all of the paperwork had been completed to secure my reservation and arrangements had been made for my transportation from the airport.

  Gotopuntacana vacation management was very easy and accommodating to work with as we had a special request of an early check in, as we were already staying at another property the week prior to our stay at Palm Suites. As we arrived at our condo at Palm Suites, we were made to feel very welcome, and the condo was spotless! Palm Suites is a quiet, clean and comfortable complex. Security guards very friendly and helpful, always had a smile for you. We will certainly return and use Gotopuntacana as our property manager.
