TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.

• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.

RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 1 & 2 BDR's CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for 3 & 4 BDR's CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

    Very nice condo that made me feel very welcoming. It literally took me 6 minutes walking to get to Playa Matilda with gorgeous turquoise water. And about 10 minutes walking distance were the various restaurants, mini market, pharmacy and bars.
    The management staff was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! The condo was clean and had the necessary kitchen stuff, towels and so on.
    I am overall very satisfied and will go back and stay on one of the other properties they manage.

    2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, 2 blocks from beach entrance and no need for car located in walking distance to shops, restaurants and pharmacy. 24 hours gated condo with security guards at gate very friendly and quiet community. Just some noise from dogs barking and at the local hangout at the mini market located behind condo. Condo was well stocked with beach towels and bath towels, dishes, pots and pans. Only problem that we had but everyone in condo had is lack of running water for first two days, but maintenance staff worked on it all day and were quick to fix problem. I would stay there again and recommend it to a friend. I always rent condos thru HomeAway and never had a bad experience it so much quieter than a crowded hotel.

    This property was exactly as described, what you see in the photos is what was there, it was comfortable and the security staff and long term residence were very helpful. A short five walk to the beach access road. close to restaurants and little local stores. A little Spanish would help

    Having always gone to all inclusive resorts, this was our first experience with a condo. We couldn't have asked for a better condo or experience. Go Punta Cana staff was on time and very prepared. The condo was clean, well maintained and was as advertised. The on site staff was friendly and helpful. For an awesome tour experience, check with Schau ma mal tours and sight seeing. They have an office at the end of the street next to the Mediterranean restaurant which is also a very good restaurant to eat at. The roof top patio is wonderful, we spent many a night enjoying it. Looking forward to our next trip.

    Très beau condo, propre, sécuritaire et bien aménagé.
    Les appartements sont très bien équipés. Il a en tous temps un gardien de sécurité sur place, très courtois et sympathique.
    Le complexe est par contre un peu reculé de la plage et des boutiques.
    C'est environs 10 minutes a pieds, c'est la raison pour laquelle il est préférable de louer une voiture si vous êtes accompagné d'enfants ou de personnes plus âgés.
    On nous avait mit en garde contre les moustiques mais dans notre cas c'était plutôt venteux nous n'avons donc pas eu ce soucis.
    Le seul point négatif de notre séjour serait les gens habitants pour de plus longues périodes au complexe et qui semble tanné d'avoir des locataires avec eux. Nous avons reçu une plainte pour s'être baigner avec les enfants a 7PM la soirée du 24 décembre... Je trouve ca un peu désolant car nous avions toujours l'impression d'être dérageant. C'est un complexe avec des gens plus agés qui ne veulent pas être dérangé par des cris d'enfants s'amusant.

    Lovely clean and well maintained apartment. New towels in both bathrooms,a firm but comfortable double bed. Plenty of bedlinen,towels and beach towels for even the longest stay. New flat screen tv with lots of channels in the comfortable lounge. The kitchen equipment, utensils and laundry room were very good as was the small terrace leading from the lounge. The bonus was the fantastic roof terrace with loungers, table, chairs and gas bbq!!! There are 3 flights of stairs to climb so bear this in mind. Learn some Spanish to converse in the neighbourhood as not everyone speaks your language and they love it when we try - as the local people are very friendly and kind. You will have a great holiday if you choose this apartment, be prepared to be adventurous too there is lots to explore around and about, we had a car, and found some great places. The customer service was also very good from all the staff I dealt with at Go Punta Cana Real Estate.

    We liked our rental unit very much The only thing we found was that when we went to the beach we had know where where we could put our chairs because the beach was taken up by all the all inclusive resorts. We will come back for sure, but we will rent beach front.
