Very elegant and comfortable brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (1200 Sq.Ft.) located on the famous 27 hole Cocotal golf course at a short stroll from the Club house, Mini-Market, Spa, Restaurant and the Palma Real Shopping Village located across the street. Papa John's, Outback Steakhouse, Armani Exchange, Puma, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, and many beautiful boutiques and restaurants! Large swimming pool and bar with sundeck at the Cocotal Golf Club House.

A great floor plan consisting of a living room with open fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, flatware, dinnerware, glassware, accessories) with granite counters and stainless steel appliances with microwave, dishwasher, toaster and blender, Dining area, balcony with pool, lake and golf views. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM Punta Cana AIRPORT:

If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

The rate is US$35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has its challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay. Also, this allows us to offer lower rates since we do not have to include more $$$ per night to take electricity consumption into consideration. We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL.

We will verify the electricity meter readings before check-in and after check-out to determine your electricity usage. You will then be charged for actual usage. It is very simple - you pay for what you consume. We read the meter at check in and read again prior to check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. The rate is US$0.35 per kw/h.

Normal consumption is US$5-10 per day 2 bedroom. Above average consumption 2 bedroom, usually will not exceed US$20 per day. Ultimately this up to you and your consumption. You will be charged for your consumption which may exceed the amounts indicated above.

RENTALS 30 DAYS OR LESS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT of US$20 PER NIGHT for 2 BDR CONDOS. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out.

RENTALS MORE THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT of US$500 PER BOOKING for 2 BDR CONDOS.  Every 30 days we will read the meter and collect payment for the consumption.

The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the deposit. Refund will be processed within 48 hours after check-out.

    Beautiful, clean, well equipped. Any issues Front desk would answer them quickly.

    Great communication.
    Pool to ourselves, sun on pool from 11 am till 530 pm. Overlooking par 3 of Cocotal.
    Much security so no worries for safety.

    Notes Small hot water tank 10 gal so you have to shower quickly.
    Can be noisy as construction going on in unit next door.
    Still a great place to relax and unwind.

    Scott and his team will make sure you are satisfied to be sure.
