The condo offers everything you can dream off. King size bed in the MST BDR, large en-suite bathroom with double sink, toilet and oversized shower. 2nd BDR - 2 twin beds with quick access to full guest bathroom. All linens and towels (bath and beach) are available. Lots of closet space with safety deposit box. Kitchen is fully equipped with stovetop, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, glassware and all utensils. Laundry area with washer/dryer. Free WiFi and Cable TV. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.

• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for 2 BDR

RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 2 BDR. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

    First, We would like thank Go Punta Cana Real Estate. You people are so amazing and wonderful and it's a true pleasure to stay in your properties. My fiancee, our daughters, and I stayed for 7 weeks this summer and the review is my true thoughts during this time. The resort and condo are well maintained and great on the eyes. The condo was great, great view of the pools and a pretty good view of the ocean. The beach is well maintained, but the seaweed is a major problem throughout Punta Cana and surrounding areas. Unfortunately, this resort sits in a cove and the seaweed turns the water brown and the smell is extremely distasteful - so we did not spend any time at the beach. However, they have three lovely pools which are great for all - including kids. Keep in mind you are in a resort and can order drinks and food, but beware the drinks are vary expensive, food is average at best, and the service is slow - however, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a little night life in the resort, but nothing that great and sometimes they cancel. If you wander outside your first impression is that it is not safe, but it is and people are very friendly. There are tourist shops outside to the right and then take your first left. When you get to the tourist shops ask for my friends Simon 6'6" can't miss him and Lou these guys speak fluent English and are awesome. There is a little store there where you can buy soda, water, beer, etc. Plaza San Juan is your closest place for groceries, restaurants, bars, and shopping - $15 for taxi. There is Pearl Beach Club ($10 Taxi) about 1 mile from the resort. They have good food - prices are okay, but good music and they party until 12am. Keep in mind you are in Cabeza de Toro and it is little far from everything for me, but if you want peace and quite and don't want to venture off the resort you will like this place. However,the ocean in that location is a major deterrent for us, but we still had an amazing time!

    This unit was everything the photos showed. A tremendous view from the balcony overlooking the pool and view of the ocean. The property was very well maintained and clean. The property manager provided great service with a late check in due to our flight being delayed by almost 2 hours. The only negative thing about the property is that is it kind of far away from where we were driven for water excursions. The property is very well secured and safe, but it is in more of a residential area. The resort was quiet and all the employees were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again!

    I truly enjoyed the location. It was very well decorated and up to date. The appliances in the house was very modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. My only concern was the water heater that had stopped working. Other than that, excellent place.
