OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Electricity is Extra and Based on Consumption - The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has challenges in regard to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay. Also, this allows us to offer lower rates since we do not have to include more $$$ per night to take electricity consumption into consideration
• We will verify the electricity meter readings before check-in and after check-out to determine your electricity usage. You will then be charged for actual usage. It is very simple - you pay for what you consume. We read the meter at check in and read again prior to check out. The meter can be self-monitored daily. The rate is USD $0.35 per kw/h.

• Normal consumption is USD $5-10/day. Above average consumption usually will not exceed USD $20/day. Ultimately this up to you and your consumption. You will be charged for your consumption which may exceed the amounts indicated above.
• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the DEPOSIT PAID. Refund will be processed within 48 hours after check-out.
• RENTALS 30 DAYS OR LESS: USD $20 per night
• RENTALS MORE THAN 30 DAYS: USD $500 per booking. Every 30 days we will read the meter and collect payment for the consumption.

DISCOUNTS
• There is a 5% weekly discount or a 10% monthly discount - from the rental rate. We apply these discounts automatically after you book and prior to processing the payment.

    Location is great beach is few steps away town is 1 minute away.Only thing that I have complaint about and its minor is the pool the tiles in the pool need to be fixed. Otherwise I highly reccomend the place.

    We enjoyed this spacious condo. The area was great, very convenient to great restaurants and store. We did have some electricity issues as it would just go out. Once for about 5 hours and then another time for an hour. The beach chairs were available if you wanted them, pool wasnt crowded. Also places to hang out and eat or enjoy a cold beverage on each side of the complex on the beach. Note that Kat's Corner is cash only. Best chicken quesadilla ever.

    Condo exactly as advertised - nice location (lots of places to eat in walking distance plus 2 markets). Beach good (minimal seaweed issues while we were there) with provided chairs. Security on premises. Pool beautiful tho cool and not heated. Rental agents very responsive and helpful. Bed was very hard, so if you like that you will be happy - if prefer soft it could be tough week (i slept on couch some). You do pay for electricity as advised, but we ran AC only at night since lots of fans and ocean breezes so spent half of the $140 deposit. Be aware that contrary to other condos inhave rented in caribbean and mexico, and as they tell you up front, there are no supplies in condo ( salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, shampoo, etc) either supplied or left from prior renter - cleaning people take it all between visitors. They provide a very basic starter pack of TP etc. you will have to take stuff from home or buy it there (which is pretty cheap). Part of property still not built out so quiet area. Overall i would recommend the condo and Punta Cana Real Estate!

    The condo was spacious and well equipped. The multi-zone air conditioning allowed us to enjoy the ocean breeze in the living room, but sleep in controlled air bedrooms. Within walking distance to restaurants and mini-markets. Only thing missing from the condo was some plastic cups and plates for al fresco dining on the balcony or the pool. Having many vacant units in various stages of completion detracted a bit from the overall atmosphere. On the plus side, having many vacant units allowed us to have a very private experience.

    Propably the best looking condo development right on the beach. The condo is modern and worked perfectly for our family of four. Unlike the picture there's lots of sunbeds available at the pool and separate ones for the beach. We practically had the pool privately for ourselves because most of the other condos were empty. The Huracan Cafe is 10m from the property and the beach bar at Villa Turquesa about 150m away. I Highly recommend this Condo for a relaxing Vacation on the best spot on the beach.

    We planned a week at Costa Atlantica, and we are sure glad we did! This property is fairly new and had everything that we needed for our liking. First off the location is great especially if you do not plan to rent a vehicle. You are right in the middle of Bavaro Beach and have ample walking opportunity each direction.. the Beach is fabulous and was fairly low key out front of Condos. A couple different excursion companies are located really close on each side. We certainly did not feel it to be any hinderence to our stay. You are also within walking distance from a couple markets that will have most everything you will need while you stay. In this market area, there are also a good selection of restaurants to eat at, we found a few of them to be really good.

    The Condo itself has all the amenities you will need for your stay. We had a nice patio area with a nice view of the pool and Beach. We did not use the AC at all for the week we were there and only spent $18 for electric.

    The staff was wonderful, helpful, and very polite! By the way, they will also carry your chairs down to the beach if needed. Everything went as planned and we look to return on another vacation in the near future!

    BTW: to all travelers that are looking to stay at a Ritz Carlton and be waited on hand and foot, Punta Cana should not be considered. Do not leave your own country, I am sure they will have something better that will suit your needs. But if you are a fun person that has realistic veiws and expectations, this place is perfect!

    Hope you all enjoy the beach and the sun the same way we did!

    The vacation rental was in a great location. Everything was there that we needed. People were very helpful. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We absolutely loved the pool that was for the guests to enjoy. We we would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a wonderful getaway in paradise.
