OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Electricity is Extra and Based on Consumption - The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has challenges in regard to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay. Also, this allows us to offer lower rates since we do not have to include more $$$ per night to take electricity consumption into consideration
• We will verify the electricity meter readings before check-in and after check-out to determine your electricity usage. You will then be charged for actual usage. It is very simple - you pay for what you consume. We read the meter at check in and read again prior to check out. The meter can be self-monitored daily. The rate is USD $0.35 per kw/h.
• Normal consumption is USD $5-10/day. Above average consumption usually will not exceed USD $20/day. Ultimately this up to you and your consumption. You will be charged for your consumption which may exceed the amounts indicated above.
• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the DEPOSIT PAID. Refund will be processed within 48 hours after check-out.

• RENTALS 30 DAYS OR LESS: USD $20 per night
• RENTALS MORE THAN 30 DAYS: USD $500 per booking. Every 30 days we will read the meter and collect payment for the consumption.

DISCOUNTS
• There is a 5% weekly discount or a 10% monthly discount - from the rental rate. We apply these discounts automatically after you book and prior to processing the payment.

    Go-Punta-Cana-Realty recommended a Taxi and arranged for us to be picked up at the airport (on our approval) the driver(Victor)spoke perfect English and stopped at a Scotia Bank by the airport as I requested. He took directly to our condo and helped with our bags to meet the agent who explained our unit and our contract clearly. The unit as described and as the pictures show, it is on the 4th floor and as a bonus there is an elevator. The pool and overall condition of the complex is well maintained daily. The pool area is quiet and refreshing, there is a great barbeque area as well. The other owners and residents are helpful and sociable. The unit is 5 minutes from Restaurants (Citrus) is by far the best the others are good too, depends on what you are looking for, their are several small Corner Markets there as well, the local bus service is good and safe - tell the door man on the bus where you are going and he will stop the bus for you, Take the bus to San Juan mall 40 pesos(1-$)for grocery's (Supper Polo or Jumbo) by the way the Beaches are the best - the shopping is great and the people are as friendly as you are. Overall you could not ask for better.

    The apartment is just as it appears in the pictures, bright, nicely decorated and well maintained. We were able to relax and felt very comfortable while staying here.
